About Saudi Water Week 2026

Saudi Water Week 2026 represents an international platform held in Jeddah from 6–9 April 2026, serving as a strategic milestone in the Kingdom’s preparations to host the 11th World Water Forum in 2027.

Saudi Water Week 2026 is built around three core objectives:

• Driving innovation and enhancing digital operational efficiency

• Strengthening partnerships and advancing water diplomacy

• Promoting knowledge exchange across the water value chain

Arrival & Reception

01. Arrival in Jeddah

To ensure a smooth and comfortable start to your journey, a dedicated Saudi Water Week reception desk will be available in the arrival hall. Our team will be present to welcome you, assist with directions, and support you with any inquiries.

02. Transfer to the Hotel

Participants may use available transportation options in Jeddah, including ride-hailing apps and public transport, to reach the designated hotel based on their arrival schedule.

Accommodation Information

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is honored to host participants of Saudi Water Week from 6 to 9 April 2026.

All official event activities and stays will take place at: The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah throughout the official program days.

Accompanying Program

To enrich the participant experience, an optional accompanying program is proposed, offering the opportunity to perform Umrah and join curated cultural tours. This program highlights the Kingdom’s rich heritage and provides a well-rounded experience beyond the official sessions.

Umrah Arrangement Service

Participants who wish to perform Umrah will have access to a facilitated arrangement designed to support smooth planning and transportation. Guidance will be provided on booking procedures and available transport options, including the possibility of traveling via the Haramain High-Speed Railway or other transportation methods, depending on the participant’s preference.

Visit to Historical Landmarks in Jeddah

For participants who do not plan to perform Umrah, a cultural tour is suggested to explore some of Jeddah’s most notable attractions. The tour includes a visit to Historic Jeddah (Al-Balad) with its distinctive heritage character, the Red Sea Museum, and Al-Rahma Mosque overlooking the sea, followed by a stop at the iconic King Fahd Fountain. Transportation can be arranged through the available transport services based on the participant’s preference.
